Hispi, Didsbury's favourite bistro, presents an innovative four-course menu, which will see each course being paired with a beer (of course!) for the duration of Manchester Beer Week.
Since opening it's doors in 2016, Hispi has carved out a reputation as one of Manchester's finest eateries. The restaurant recently worked with local brewing heroes, Blackjack Beers to create a range of beers for the restaurant and its acclaimed sister venues Sticky Walnut, Burnt Truffle and Wreckfish.
This menu will be available for dinner bookings only, from June 29 to July 8.
