Brightside Brewery are releasing some brand new beers during Beer Week. The four styles - a hoppy session blonde, a punchy lager, a classic pale ale and a big IPA - are the foundation of the brewery's new keg and 330ml bottle range, which they hope will become firm Manchester favourites!

They'll show you just  how versatile this beer style can be when it comes to complimenting food. Each pie will be served with a half pint or bottle of the beer used.

Guests may visit any of their 5 city centre pubs: The Crown and Anchor, The Ape and Apple, The Eagle Inn and The Old Monkey and The Grafton Arms. Loyalty cards can be collected at the bar of each of these 5 pubs.

Have a pint of any Joseph Holt Cask or Joseph Holt Lager in each of these pubs and collect a sticker with every pint. Once you have 5 stickers – present your card at the bar and get your 6th pint free (You must have one pint in each Joseph Holt pub)

Bakewell's world famous Thornbridge brewery will be taking over all 11 keg and 7 cask lines over 10 days at the Crown and Kettle. Expect barrel aged  rarities along the way.

Thornbridge  beers were first brewed in early 2005  in the grounds of Thornbridge Hall. A focus on traditional recipes with a modern twist through the use of a wide range of ingredients coupled with the innovation and passion of the brewing team was successful and after winning a succession of awards a new, state of the art, brewery was opened at Bakewell in September 2009 to meet with demand. The brewery is now considered by many to be one of the leading new breweries in the UK.
