Hit the streets and help us mark the end of Manchester Beer Week 2018 with a big bash at the heart of the city's main brewing district.
With a bit of help from our friends Brooklyn Brewery, we're channeling the spirit of New York by throwing a big street party on the Piccadilly Beer Mile.
It's also being organised with help from Marble and Beer Nouveau so you can expect beer - and plenty of it! But there will also be food, music, games and fun for all the family. We'll also be using the event as a chance to raise vital funds for our chosen charity Mustard Tree, with any proceeds being donated to them.
We're closing off a stretch of Temperance Street in front of Beer Nouveau, and a whole host of hometown breweries will be joining us to serve up tasty beer, as well as a couple of special guests. The breweries you'll be able to find at the event include:
- Beer Nouveau
- Beatnikz Republic
- Joseph Holt
- Pomona Island
- Rivington Brewing Co
- Thirst Class Ale
- Wander Beyond
Importantly, this is an event for everyone, so children and pets are very much welcome and we'll even be putting on special entertainment to keep your little people happy.
Just for this event, Brooklyn Brewery are bringing along a series of rare and unusual beers for two tastings. They'll host two tastings - one at 2.30pm and one at 4.30pm - at Beer Nouveau with all proceeds from ticket sales being donated to Manchester charity Mustard Tree. Click here for ticket details.
Check the Facebook Event page for more info as we get it.
