Soup Kitchen's new kitchen team have put together a 3 course vegan supper club for Manchester Beer Week.
With the 3 courses comes 3 beers from Manchester Brewing Co., including a new collaboration beer 'Ananas Comosus', a pineapple and grapefruit New England Pale.
3 courses, 3 beers; all vegan.
Roasted Beetroot, cumin and lemongrass soup topped with fresh horseradish served with homemade focaccia and tomato and kale pesto bruschetta
A rich butternut squash, mushroom and ale bourguignon served with celeriac and chive mash, asparagus and broad bean salad and a sweet potato jus
Summer fruit tart served with wild berries and ice cream
